At Unywell, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging (if possible)
- Complete with all included accessories
- Free from damage caused by improper use

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Email us at support@unywell.com with:
   • Your order number
   • Reason for return
   • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for our response (within 24 hours) with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item back using the return address we provide.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- Damaged or defective items: FREE return shipping (we cover the cost)
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong item shipped by us: FREE return shipping + free replacement

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Unywell is not responsible for lost return packages.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method:

- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Klarna/Afterpay: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer: 5-14 business days

Refund times depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or is defective:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage

7. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please:

1. Return your original item for a refund (following our return process)
2. Place a new order for the item you want

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed for shipment.

If your order has already shipped, follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:
